Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Your Right to Cancel Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To cancel your order, please notify us in writing by email at bev@brockandbriar.co.uk

2. Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

  • Returns must be initiated within 28 days of receipt.

3. Non-Returnable Items We regret that the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom-made or personalised products.

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items or live plants).

  • Sale or clearance items.

4. Return Process

  • Email us at bev@brockandbriar.co.uk to inform us of your return. Please include your order number and details of the item(s).

  • Pack the items securely and include the original packing slip or order confirmation.

  • Post the package to: Returns Department Brock & Briar Ltd, Brock Cottage, Moor Lane, Bishopthorpe, York, YO23 2UF

5. Return Shipping Costs Unless the item is faulty or we have sent the incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery back to us.

6. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was shipped.

7. Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired product. Exchanges are subject to availability.


Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Provide details and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund, including any associated shipping costs.
